Arjun Rai, Founder and CEO of HelloWoofy.com, A Smart Marketing Dashboard for Underdog Marketeers aka SMBs. In his twenties, already a serial entrepreneur. This is his second venture-backed startup in the tech space.
In ecommerce, we may not have the same radical concepts or technologies to offer as a new SaaS (software as a service) business. However, we are still trying to break through the noise of the market, the competition and reach a set of consumers who will love our products.Â
One of the things we discussed is the danger of getting tunnel vision. I certainly see enough Amazon sellers who only think about selling physical products on Amazon. That’s missing a whole opportunity that is intimately related to our core business.Â
We discuss several ways you could serve the same customers with other forms of products; how to think small and global at the same time; and three big-picture lessons to all startup entrepreneurs.
You’ll Learn:
- How Arjun started Hellowoofy
- The importance of Adding value/feature level
- How to become a one-stop shop
- How Covid accelerated the business
- How Arjun deal with constraints on fulfilment
- The difference between tunnel vision vs focus
