Consumers on marketplaces often lack familiarity with brands, so establishing a reputation for delivering on promises and providing excellent customer service can help you overcome fierce pricing pressure.

A real-world example: a seller focused on consumer electronics, generating $15-20 million in revenue, achieved success by prioritizing excellent customer reviews, readily replacing faulty products, and offering exceptional customer service.
