If you don’t want to schedule again we need to talk about refunds:
If you cancelled more than 24 hours before the consultation time, you’re entitled to a 100% refund.
If you cancelled fewer than 24 hours before the consultation time, you’re entitled to a 50% refund.
If you’ve been automatically refunded, then we’re quits. Live long and prosper!
